Dianna Koltz, Director of Best Practices and Email Marketing at Memolink, Inc., has more than eight years experience driving revenue, establishing best practices and processes, and overseeing website and email program development. She was recruited to join Memolink after spending four years at Meredith Corporation’s Interactive Media Division working with the BHG.com, LHJ.com and MidwestLiving.com websites. She pushed traffic from print to online media and contributed to the transfer of more than 1 million magazine subscriptions from paper to electronic renewal. That experience, along with several years of hard-core email marketing, has carried her to her current position of cultivating an entirely new Best Practices division at Memolink. Dianna has decreased annual email expenses by 20% through infrastructure and automation changes she implemented while increasing eCPM 200% with higher overall front and back-end quality.

Ken McDonald has worked in the software industry since the mid 1980's in a variety of capacities. He spent 5 years in marketing positions at Oracle and helped drive Oracle's e-commerce initiatives. He also spent 3 years at Sequel Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, making investments in software companies. He has been on the starting team of two software companies, Topica and Open Horizon, and spent 3 years doing IT consulting at Booz Allen and Hamilton. Mr. McDonald is the Vice President of Marketing and the Customer Success Team at LifePics, a role he has held for 4 years. He oversees all marketing activities for the company and manages a team that supports LifePics’ consumers, professional photographers, and retailers.

Doug Williams is the Senior Manager of E-Commerce at Crosstown Traders, a division of Charming Shoppes, Inc. He is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of paid placement, affiliate and email marketing across multiple brands, including the relaunch of www.LaneBryantCatalog.com. Previously he directed a variety of catalog and online marketing functions at Sierra Trading Post, a multichannel merchant of closeout and overstock name brand clothing and outdoor gear. He specializes in growing revenue from online channels for direct to consumer companies.

Linda Muniz is Senior Vice President of Belcaro Group, Inc dba ShopAtHome.com in Greenwood Village,Colorado. With over 15 years of lead generation for catalogs, magazines and service companies, Linda is primarily responsible for technology and marketing including email delivery, web site development, Web 2.0 initiatives and database marketing. Prior to Belcaro Group, Linda was co-founder and Vice President of Technology for Business Dimensions, aColorado corporation which serviced the resort timeshare industry.

Sachin brings over 14 years of database technology experience to the Relationship Marketing practice at imc². As the Data Architect he leads a team of database developers, database administrators and campaign specialists responsible for driving implementation and providing support for all data reporting, data transfer, data quality, data warehousing needs. Sachin is responsible for developing the vision, strategy, and technical direction for the Engage product. Engage is an Enterprise Marketing Management platform used to execute acquisition, behavioral and loyalty relations marketing programs. He purchased and implemented various best-in-call products including: Business Objects Reporting Suite, First Logic, and Velocity to create the Engage product. Sachin has successfully completed implementation of several complex relationship marketing programs using Engage. Early in his career, Sachin held several roles including: Hosting Manager, Sr. UNIX and Database administrator and database developer. Sachin has a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Louisiana StateUniversity.
